Those who have been around the block a few times will remember with ease when the commercial activity of the Old Market was pretty much constrained to Howard Street. But over the last decade, things have shifted, with more and more places opening adding to the appeal of the neighborhood. The original at this location was a large building that hadn’t been renovated in recent memory, and we had a hunch the property had huge potential to add to this newer Jackson Street vibe.

Around the same time, we learned of the need for a place to house local brewer Zac Triemert’s new venture. In order to enhance, we went pretty deeply into the makeup of this building to get to all-new mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Teaming up with his architecture and design firms we transformed the space into a mixed-use production and entertainment venue.
Today, Brickway products have garnered numerous regional, national and international awards. The front patio has been voted ‘Best Patio’ in Best of Omaha. Brickway is distributed in four states and continues to expand it’s fan base.
